What is WeGoGamez?
A truly awesome gaming and party experience! Specifically, WeGoGamez Mobile Gaming Theatre is filled with the latest audio and video technology. The air conditioned, limousine style luxury interior features three 42″ LCD screens and 12 linked multi-player stations. Outside youll find two 47″ LCDs with an additional 8 linked multi-player bonus stations when good weather permits use. Its all equipped with the latest and most popular games from: Halo, Rock Band, Call of Duty, Wii Sports, Mario Kart, Super Smash Bros, Madden, NBA Live, and much more!
What is your standard service area?
Send us your location through our Book a Party page for service area confirmation. When available, bookings outside of our standard service area are assessed a mileage surcharge of $1.80 per mile, round trip.
How many players can play at once?
A WeGoGamez Mobile Gaming Theater features 12 player stations inside. When good weather permits, we have 8 additional outdoor bonus player stations. Depending on the games chosen, all 12 to 20 stations can be linked for simultaneous play. PLEASE NOTE: Not all video games have multi-player options.
How much do parties cost?
Parties start at $250. Click on the PRICING page for additional information.
What do parents have to do during the party?
Adults are free to join in the fun, but no adult supervision is required! Each party is hosted by a WeGoGenius whose job is to share expert gaming tips, motivate, and supervise the play.
Is there an age limit?
WeGoGamez welcomes players of all ages; however, players 6 years and under must be accompanied by at least one (1) adult or WeGoGenius inside the theater.
What games do you provide?
WeGoGamez has the latest games from: Halo, Rock Band, Call of Duty, Wii Sports, Mario Kart, Super Smash Bros, Madden, NBA Live, Just Dance, and much more! We will coordinate what games you desire to play. Just let us know what you are looking for and we can usually accommodate your request. While WeGoGamez is careful to monitor M and/or Teen (teen) rated games, it is ultimately the parents (or party hosts) responsibility to make sure a child is not playing a game that the parent does not approve of.
How can I book a party/event?

How do I pay for an event?
You may pay for your event with a MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Cash. We do not accept checks or money orders. The credit card will be charged $50 to reserve your booking with the remainder of your balance charged the day of your party. Please have the credit card used for booking and valid ID present on the day of the party for verification.
What is your refund/cancellation policy?
WeGoGamez reservations operate much like hotel room reservations. If you cancel your party with less than 2 days notice, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged. No shows: when WeGoGamez arrives to deliver our service and you are not at the delivery address, you will be charged for the full event. There are no refunds for services performed. If we are unable to deliver service, there is no charge.
Can I bring food and or drinks into the theater?
With exception to plain BOTTLED WATER, no food or drinks are permitted inside the WeGoGamez Mobile Gaming Theater.
How much parking space is needed?
The WeGoGamez Mobile Gaming Theater requires approximately 15 feet of space (about 2 parking spaces). The theater, while they may block your driveway, it will fit in front of most residential homes.
What about bad weather?
The WeGoGamez Mobile Gaming Theater was designed for all weather temperatures. The theater is insulated and climate controlled. We are typically able to provide our services year round. However, in the event of severe weather (ice and snow storms, high winds, lightening, thunder, flooding and/or heavy rains), we may (and reserve the right to) reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff and equipment.
Who operates the WeGoGamez Theater?
The WeGoGamez Mobile Gaming Theater is operated by a trained WeGoGenius. WeGoGeniuses are responsible for delivering the WeGoGamez Mobile Gaming Theater, staging the theater for play, managing the participants and game play, and maintaining a fun, exciting atmosphere.
Is it appropriate to tip the WeGoGenius?
While tipping is NOT REQUIRED (or expected), we do allow tipping when you feel it may be appropriate!
Is it okay to serve alcohol at a WeGoGamez hosted party or event?
You may serve alcohol at a WeGoGamez hosted party or event; however, we may require an on-site security surcharge and/or security deposit when alcohol is being served. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or cut short any party or booking when alcohol is being served. The sole objective of this policy is to protect the customers, employees and assets of WeGoGamez LLC. We welcome any questions, comments or concerns regarding this policy to ensure that our services are a good fit for your party or event. Keep in mind that only bottled water is permitted inside a WeGoGamez theater. All other beverages and food must be consumed outside of the theater.
